All orders received in our system before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are picked, packed and collected by our courier partners the same working day — guaranteed. Orders after 2pm dispatch the following working day. We staff up during Black Friday and Christmas to maintain this SLA year-round.
Our order accuracy rate is 99.8% — under 2 errors per 1,000 orders. We achieve this through: barcode scanning at every pick, weight checking on every packed parcel, and a final QC check before handover to couriers. Any picking error is corrected at our cost, including reshipment.
No — we supply all standard boxes, mailers, bubble wrap and void fill as part of the service (charged at cost). If you want branded packaging, you can supply your own and we'll store it and use it per your instructions. We also offer custom inserts, tissue paper, sticker sealing and personalised notes.
We integrate directly with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon FBA & FBM, eBay, Magento, BigCommerce, Wix eCommerce and TikTok Shop, as well as multi-channel platforms including Linnworks, Veeqo and Brightpearl. Pick and pack pricing consists of a per-order charge plus a per-item charge — both of which decrease as your volumes increase. Yes — kitting and assembly is available as an add-on service. We build multi-SKU bundles, gift sets, subscription boxes and retail-ready displays. Kitting is priced per assembly based on complexity and time. Many of our pick and pack clients also use our kitting service for seasonal promotions and gifting periods.
