All component SKUs are picked from your inventory at our Nottingham warehouse (or received as an inbound delivery) and checked against your bill of materials. Any discrepancies are flagged before assembly begins.
Our kitting team assembles every unit to your exact brief — inserting components, applying labels, packing into outer boxes or mailers and checking each finished unit against your specification. A sample quality check is carried out at intervals throughout the run.
Completed kits are labelled with the correct bundle SKU or FNSKU (for Amazon FBA bundles), scanned into our WMS as a new inventory unit and added to your live stock dashboard. Component SKUs are decremented automatically.

Our FBA bundle prep service creates Amazon-compliant multi-unit sets with correct FNSKU labelling on the bundle unit, poly-bagging where required by Amazon’s category prep rules, suffocation warning labels and carton preparation for FC delivery. All FBA bundles are checked against Amazon’s current bundle policy before despatch. This service integrates directly with our Amazon FBA prep service for a complete FBA prep solution.
Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of the job. Simple re-labelling and small bundle runs (under 1,000 units) are typically completed within 2–3 working days of all components being available. Larger subscription box runs and complex assemblies are scheduled in advance with a confirmed completion date.
