EMFH offers eight specialist 3PL services: Pick & Pack Fulfilment, Amazon FBA Prep, B2B Fulfilment, B2C/DTC Fulfilment, Returns Management, Warehousing & Storage, Kitting & Rework and eCommerce Fulfilment. Most clients use a combination — for example, pick and pack plus returns management, or FBA prep alongside B2C fulfilment. We’ll recommend the right mix for your business during your free consultation.
Yes — and most of our clients do exactly that. We manage all your fulfilment flows from one inventory pool at our Nottingham warehouse. For example, you might have stock allocated for Amazon FBA shipments, B2C Shopify orders and B2B retailer orders — all dispatched from the same location, all visible in the same real-time dashboard. One partner, one invoice, full visibility.
Most clients are fully live and dispatching within 3–5 working days of signing up. This covers account setup on our WMS, platform integration (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon etc.), goods-in and test orders. Your dedicated account manager guides you through every step. Complex accounts with large SKU ranges or bespoke workflows may take up to two weeks.
No long-term contracts. We operate on a flexible rolling monthly arrangement — you’re never locked in. Our services work best for brands dispatching at least 100 orders per month, but we’re happy to discuss your situation if you’re growing towards that. Many of our longest-standing clients started small and scaled significantly with EMFH.
We ship via DPD, Royal Mail, Evri, DHL Express, Whistl and UPS. Because we dispatch thousands of parcels every week, our carrier rates are significantly lower than most brands can negotiate individually — and those savings are passed directly to you. For most clients, the savings on shipping alone offset our fulfilment fees.
