All orders received in our WMS before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are picked, packed and collected by our courier partners the same working day — guaranteed. Orders after 2pm despatch the next working day. We increase staffing during Black Friday and Christmas to maintain the 2pm cut-off throughout peak periods.
We integrate directly with Shopify & Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, Amazon FBM, eBay, TikTok Shop, Magento, BigCommerce and Wix eCommerce, plus multi-channel platforms including Linnworks, Veeqo and Brightpearl. Orders flow into our WMS automatically and tracking numbers push back to your store the moment the parcel is scanned. Most integrations are live within 30 minutes.
Yes. You can supply your own branded boxes, mailers, tissue paper, stickers and inserts and we store and use them per your instructions on every order. We can also source packaging on your behalf. Branded assembly (inserts, tissue wrapping) is charged at a small per-order rate agreed upfront.
Our order accuracy rate is 99.8% — under 2 errors per 1,000 orders. Achieved through barcode scanning at every pick, weight checking on every packed order and a final QC check before despatch. Any picking error is corrected at our cost, including reshipping to your customer.
Yes. We fulfil subscription boxes and multi-SKU kitted orders for several DTC brands despatching thousands of boxes monthly. Subscription fulfilment is treated as a scheduled kitting job — built to your specification, personalised if required and despatched on your schedule. Kitting is priced per assembly based on complexity.
Returns are received, inspected and — if saleable — returned to stock within 1–2 working days. Failed items are quarantined with a reason code. Royal Mail and Evri return labels can be generated via our portal or included in outgoing packaging. Every return is visible in your dashboard in real time.
