Storage is charged on a per pallet position per week basis — meaning you only pay for the space your stock actually occupies. As your inventory fluctuates seasonally, your storage cost adjusts accordingly. Smaller quantities can be stored per bay rather than full pallets. There are no minimum storage commitments, no fixed bay allocations and no penalties for reducing your footprint. Goods-in receiving and put-away is charged separately on a per-pallet or per-unit basis. We provide a full written quote before any stock is received.
No. There is no minimum storage period and no minimum stock quantity at EMFH. You can store as little or as much stock as you need, for as short or as long as required. Storage is charged weekly, so if you receive a large shipment and turn it around quickly, you only pay for the weeks it was in our warehouse. This flexibility makes EMFH particularly well-suited to seasonal businesses, importers and brands with variable inventory profiles.
We store the vast majority of consumer goods including: fashion & apparel, health & beauty, cosmetics & supplements (ambient), electronics & tech accessories, home & garden, toys & gifts, sports & fitness equipment, and ambient non-perishable food products. We cannot currently store goods requiring refrigeration or freezing, controlled drugs, Category A flammable or hazardous materials, or items requiring a firearms licence.
